This class will give you the confidence to vary the menu and ‘pimp it up’ for a special occasion, ‘dress it down’ for a meal in minutes or ‘shake it up’ and extend your repertoire by using different ingredients and cooking methods.

By the end of the course, you could be serving up Taco’s, a noodle stir-fry or even vegetable spring rolls!
