This class will give you the confidence to vary the menu and ‘pimp it up’ for a special occasion, ‘dress it down’ for a meal in minutes or ‘shake it up’ and extend your repertoire by using different ingredients and cooking methods.

By the end of the course, you could be serving up all kinds of Asian curries, a noodle stir-fry or even vegetable spring rolls!

By the end of the course, you could be serving up sweet scones for afternoon tea, Welsh cakes or a seafood cobbler for supper.
