On the menu, we will showcase our ‘egg-free’ alternatives including:-
- Steamed Syrup sponge
- Baked New York cheesecake
- Pancakes and Spanish Doughnuts (Churros)
- Carrot cake
- Lemon drizzle cake
- Spiced Fruit cake
These classes are primarily aimed at intermediate level cooks who have already made cake batters and pastry, although confident beginners may well cope ok.
