No eggs – no desserts, right? Wrong! This range of intermediate cooking classes will get you preparing all those sweet-treats you’ve been avoiding all those years. We won’t sacrifice flavour, texture or appearance either.

On the menu, we will showcase our ‘egg-free’ alternatives including:-

  • Steamed Syrup sponge
  • Baked New York cheesecake
  • Pancakes and Spanish Doughnuts (Churros)
  • Carrot cake
  • Lemon drizzle cake
  • Spiced Fruit cake

These classes are primarily aimed at intermediate level cooks who have already made cake batters and pastry, although confident beginners may well cope ok.
