If you’ve ever wondered how they make that buttery flaky pastry around a meat pie then look no further! We will explore the various rich laminated pastries before making a rough puff dough and wrapping it around sausage meat minced there in our kitchen. Once you’ve tasted a homemade sausage roll there’s no going back!

Suitable for beginners to intermediate level cooks.

To keep costs as low as possible, students are asked to provide the ingredients they need.

Students will receive a lesson plan in advance giving them a clear understanding of the objectives and expectations for the session. Recipe sheets will be provided so that students can take them away and build up a stock of recipes in a folder. Other reference material may also be provided.
